@luckwire The Lenovo yoga laptop wooden power on or hold a charge. The customer said they left it plugged in for hours and still showed no life. When tested the red charging indicator came on, turned off when pressing the power button, then came back on a few seconds later with no signs of activity from the laptop. After checking the CMOS battery and motherboard charging pins - both of which were fine - the issue was traced to a faulty main battery.
